At Optimum Personal Care, we are all about care and allowing our residents to age in place.  Our staff-to-resident ratio is 1-5 in our Missouri City Location and 1:7 at our Sugar Land Location. Please note this is a direct care staff ratio. This does not include our cooks, housekeepers, medication staff, supervisors, maintenance, ED, etc.

Our Optimum Personal Care staff receives ongoing training specifically through face-to-face education provided by our partnerships with hospice, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Social Workers.

We go beyond the minimum training requirements set by the State of Texas.

Yes. Optimum Personal Care is a Type B community required to have awake staff 24/7.

Even though Optimum Personal Care has a capacity for 56 residents in Sugar Land and 40 residents in Missouri City, we create individual care plans for each resident. We allow our residents to age in place. We can puree foods and physically assist with feeding our residents when they need it. We assist our residents to the dining room if necessary. We are not a “big” box community. We are a small “boutique” type of community.

Yes. Optimum Personal Care has a monthly engagement calendar. We also integrate our resident’s individual interests such as hobbies, music, exercise, and more!

Yes.  Residents at Optimum Personal Care, truly “age in place.” Our all-inclusive rate allows our residents to obtain an increase of care when they need it without the financial worry of a rate increase. We do not require our residents to incur out-of-pocket expenses such as privately paid care attendants.

No. Optimum Personal Care welcomes family and friends 24/7.

We follow HHS and CDC guidelines when it comes to Covid-19 protocols. OPC stays updated.

No. Optimum Personal Care has no hidden costs or additional fees. We are “all-inclusive” regardless of present and future care needs. $4,500 monthly semi-private to include $1,500 one-time move-in fee.  Residents purchase their own medications and incontinence supplies.
